Refund Policy

If you've made a purchase and wish to return the product, we have a 14 days exchange policy only for unworn and undamaged goods. We will only exchange the item for store credit or single equivalent value item but do not give refunds if you change your mind. Also you will need to provide the original receipt or payment receipt as the evidence of proof of purchase.

Any merchandise returned must be in new and saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt and original packaging.

*Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

 

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team by email vip@joiedeviecharms.com.au, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Returning In-Store

For your convenience, you may return or exchange any items purchased to your nearest Joie De Vie Charms store in line with our in-store returns policy. The item must be in its original condition and original packaging. Also you will need to have the original receipt or shipping slip within 14 days from the date of dispatch.

Please also note:

  • Joie De Vie Charms will not refund the original delivery costs relating to the return.
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Warranty

Joie De Vie Charms offers an automatic standard warranty of twelve months from the date of purchase on all jewellery. The standard guarantee covers jewellery purchased in store or via the website.

In order to claim a remedy under the standard warranty the goods must be returned for assessment and accompanied by the original purchase receipt. The form of remedy will be at the sole option of Joie De Vie Charms and will be limited to repair, replacement or store credit.

 

The Standard Guarantee does not include the following to the extent they are permitted in the relevant legislation;

i. Damage due to ordinary wear and tear,

ii. Damage due to misuse, accident, alteration, substitution or abuse,

iii. Repairs and alterations performed by someone other than Joie De Vie Charms

iv. Theft, disappearance or loss (including loss of gem stones), and

v. Any type of use causing damage or deterioration.

 

Joie De Vie Charms reserves the right to judge whether the jewellery has been subject to any of the above mentioned exclusions.
