Return & exchange policy

If you have made a purchase on our website and you are not 100% satisfied with the item you have received, we would be happy to provide 14 days exchange or return service based on our relevant policies. 

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

  • Any exchanged or returned items must be in new and saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt and packaging.
  • We do provide exchange or refund for faulty items (excludes mishandling).
  • We do not provide a refund for the change of mind. 

**All pierced earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for the reasons of hygiene and safety**

Your order details need to be given as the proof of purchase for all exchanges and refunds.

JDV Charms will not refund the original delivery costs relating to the return. If the item you have received is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team by email, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.



JDVCharms offers an automatic standard warranty of twelve months from the date of purchase on all jewellery. The standard guarantee covers jewellery purchased through our website.

In order to claim a remedy under the standard warranty the goods must be returned for assessment and accompanied by the original purchase receipt. The form of remedy will be at the sole option of JDV Charms and will be limited to repair, replacement or store credit.

The Standard Guarantee does not include the following to the extent they are permitted in the relevant legislation;

  1. Damage due to ordinary wear and tear,
  2. Damage due to misuse, accident, alteration, substitution or abuse,

iii. Repairs and alterations performed by someone other than JDV Charms

  1. Theft, disappearance or loss (including loss of gem stones), and
  2. Any type of use causing damage or deterioration.

JDV Charms reserves the right to judge whether the jewellery has been subject to any of the above mentioned exclusions

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
