Joy of Life Competition 2018

JEWELRY DESIGN COMPETITION 2018

Newborn babies are simply a blessing and a joy. We are celebrating Joy of Life and helping to raise money to support the Neonatal Unit at RBWH as well as medical research into baby brain development and other conditions associated with premature birth. We invite everyone to join us on this special journey.

100% OF PROFITS TO ROYAL

BRISBANE & WOMEN'S HOSPITAL

FOUNDATION

A staggering 1 in 10 babies in Australia are born premature (before 37 weeks gestation) and approximately 15% of all babies require some form of extra care at birth. At the meantime, lack of Government Funding in medical research and advanced facilities for premature birth means that we need all the help to support.  We will donate 100% of profits to RBWH Foundation and we encourage everyone to support in your own ways by spreading words, volunteering, purchasing charity charms, donating, participating in fundraising event or participating our competition.

ABOUT RBWH FOUDATION &

BUTTERFLY BALL

RBWH Foundation was first established in 1985 as the charity arm of Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH), Queensland's largest hospital. While RBWH is part of Queensland Health, funding from the government is limited and there is often no available dollars to pay for certain equipment, training and research that will ensure the Royal remains at the forefront of patient care and on the leading edge of new technology and treatment methods. The Harcourts Foundation  Butterfly Ball is an annual charity gala to raise money for Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital's tiniest patients-premature and seriously ill babies.
